• Starbucks - Once you reach Gold Level on their points scheme, you can get a free birthday drink
• Doughnut Time - Arguably the best doughnuts in London, if you sign up to their newsletter, you should get a free doughnut once a year
• Prezzo - Sign up to their emails and you can receive a free bottle of Prosecco! If that isn’t your thing, then you can swap for a bottle of house white or red or even two desserts!

• Greggs - Oops…one more free sweet treat! Just sign up to the Greggs Reward App to get the offer
• Zizzi - signing up to these newsletters can get you a free main meal, as long as you buy at least one other main
• Sephora - Now the well-loved beauty supplier has finally become available to UK fans, we thought this would be a good one to mention. By signing up to the Beauty Insider loyalty scheme, you receive a free gift for your birthday when you make a purchase that month
• All Bar One - Free cocktail or mocktail for you and up to five friends. Just like many others, you’ll need to download and register with their app to receive a code before your birthday - you will need to purchase a main meal too

• The Body Shop - £5 voucher to spend in store! You just need to have signed up to their ‘Love your Body’ loyalty scheme and made a purchase before your birthday
• IKEA - sign up to be an IKEA Family Member to get a £5 voucher to spend
• Hobbycraft - £5 voucher with the ‘Hobbycraft Club’ loyalty card. No minimum spend required and can be used online or in store
• Paperchase - £5 voucher with the ‘Treat Me’ loyalty card. Again, no minimum spend!
